I thought dream dictionaries were total nonsense until one specific dream about missing teeth told me something real about anxiety.

I had this dream where my teeth crumbled like wet chalk, and when I looked it up out of curiosity it basically described the exact stress I was ignoring about my job, and now I can't help but wonder if anyone else has had a dream symbol that turned out to be spot on about something going on in their life?

Read somewhere that teeth dreams are actually pretty common across cultures, which blew my mind. Something about how teeth represent control or power in waking life, and losing them is basically your brain screaming about something slipping away. That wet chalk feeling you described is exactly how mine was too, like zero control over something that should be solid. I think it's less about magic and more about brains being weirdly good at using body stuff to signal mental stuff. Kinda spooky how accurate it can be though.

So what was slipping away for you when you had that dream?

That wet chalk feeling is EXACTLY it. For me it was my marriage. Not the whole thing crashing at once, but little pieces of trust and respect crumbling away that I could feel but not stop no matter how hard I tried. That dream was my brain telling me what I already knew deep down.
