I was at the aquarium in Monterey and the fish started giving me tax advice
It made perfect sense at the time. I was looking at a giant grouper and it just started talking about filing an extension. The weird part was, I knew it was an expert because it was wearing a tiny tie. In the dream, I took notes on a kelp leaf. I woke up before I could ask about deductions. Has anyone else had a totally normal dream job pop up in a strange place?

Lmao my brain would absolutely put a fish in a tie in charge of my taxes. I once dreamed a raccoon was my dentist, so this tracks.

Wait, a giant grouper? I gotta be that guy, sorry. The big famous tank at Monterey is for sea bass, not groupers. They look sort of similar if you aren't a fish person, I guess. That dream detail just stuck out to me because I go there a lot. The tax advice thing is hilarious though, and the tiny tie is a great touch. I wonder if the dream would have been less believable if you knew it was a bass. Maybe your brain just picked a fish that sounds more serious for a financial talk.
