Found a weird trick to stop thinking about my old art school dream
I started setting a timer for 10 minutes each night to just sketch, no pressure. It didn't bring the dream back, but it quieted the 'what if' thoughts a lot. Anyone have a small ritual that helped them make peace with a dropped goal?
