The time I found a full set of dentures in a wall cavity

I was doing a demo job on an old house in Spokane about three years ago, tearing out a bathroom wall. My Sawzall hit something hard and plastic, so I pulled back the drywall. Sitting right there on a stud was a complete set of upper and lower false teeth. The homeowner had no idea they were there, and the previous owner had passed away a decade before. We joked that the house finally gave up its smile. Has anyone else ever found something that strange inside a wall?

What if they fell out of someone's mouth... like mid-sneeze? @michael669 might be right about a prank, but that's just a weird place to forget your teeth.

Weird. Makes you wonder if it was a prank or a hiding spot. Maybe the old owner stashed them as a backup pair and forgot. Could have been a contractor playing a joke on the next guy. That stuff sits there for years, a little secret in the house. Kind of creepy but also funny.

Notice how many random objects get left in walls and attics. People hide things or forget them all the time. It shows how houses hold onto these tiny, weird bits of history.
