Took me 4 years to try a banjo instead of a hand sander for butt joints
My shoulder used to ache by noon until I finally grabbed a 5-inch electric banjo 2 months ago after a buddy at a job site in Austin said 'your finishing hand is gonna thank you,' and now I can't believe I wasted so much time feathering edges with a manual pole sander has anyone else made that switch and noticed a difference in their wrist pain?

My coworker kept pushing me to try one of those 5-inch electric banjos too, said it would save my elbow. I finally caved after a weekend job left me with a numb thumb for three days. The difference is crazy, the weight does the work for you and you don't have to push into the drywall as hard. My wrist stopped clicking about a week after I switched.
