Vent: From drill loyalist to screw gun convert

I always used a drill for drywall, thinking screw guns were unnecessary. A big garage job with constant screw adjustments changed my mind. The screw gun's depth control cuts down on sanding later. What's your go-to tool for hanging board?

We often stick with what we know until a tough job proves us wrong. @the_seth getting twelve sheets up fast shows how much time it saves.

My last basement finish, twelve sheets up before lunch with a screw gun. That clutch setting is a total game changer for mudding later.

Man, getting that clutch dialed in right is everything. I learned the hard way after tearing paper on a few heads. Setting it to just sink the screw flush without breaking the surface makes taping so much smoother, no craters to fill.

Totally, learned that lesson the hard way too. I ruined a whole sheet before I got the clutch dialed in right.
