Wasted $75 on a cheap label maker that jammed after two uses

Bought this little handheld label maker off Amazon back in March thinking it'd be perfect for organizing stock shelves at my retail job. Thing jammed on the third roll of tape and now it just spits out blank stickers no matter what I do. Tried fixing it with a YouTube guide and ended up breaking the cutter wheel instead. Anybody else fall for those budget office gadgets that look good but fall apart in a week?

Oh man, that's the worst feeling when you try to fix something and just make it worse (I've done that with so many things). Those cheap label makers are such a gamble, you basically have to pray the tape doesn't do the thing where it gets all crinkly inside.

Ugh, the crinkly tape thing... I swear my label maker is possessed, it chews up the tape and spits out a tangled mess just to mock me.

@parker_palmer44 I once tried supergluing a broken plastic gear back together on a similar gadget and ended up gluing the whole thing to my desk instead.
