Talked to my neighbor Ed about his lawn last Saturday and now I see my whole yard differently
He said 'you know, I stopped fighting the moss when I realized it's just the ground telling me what it wants to be' and now I'm sitting here wondering how many other things in my life I'm trying to force into a shape they don't fit.

Is it really just surviving by accident though...? Moss grows where grass won't, feels like the ground is literally showing you what works. Ed might be the only guy in the neighborhood who's actually paying attention.
