Appreciation post: The client who brought her own sheet mask to a facial
Had a lady last Friday who pulled a foil packet from her purse halfway through her hydrating facial. She said, 'I brought my own, the one you use is fine but this one has gold flecks.' In my experience, you just have to smile and explain the protocol for using only our tested products. It made the rest of the service a bit awkward, but we got through it. Has anyone else had a client try to supply their own single-use treatment item during a service?

Did she try to put it on herself?

Yeah, I read an article about that once. It was talking about how some people will try to force a piece of clothing that just doesn't fit, like a jacket that's too small in the shoulders. They'll struggle with the zipper or try to stretch it, but it never sits right. The writer said it's usually a sign the whole outfit plan needs a rethink.

Forcing it never works out.

My friend did that with a dress once, total disaster.
