I was at a spa show in Denver and a client's skin reacted totally differently than I expected.
They had been using a new retinol serum for only 4 days before their facial, and their barrier was way more compromised than I thought. Now I ask about any new actives used in the last two weeks, not just the day of. What's your protocol for clients who jump into new products right before an appointment?

Tell me about it. My phone did that weird glitch where it kept restarting for no reason.

Yeah that random restart loop is the worst. I had to do a full factory reset like @the_jana probably did too. Lost all my photos from a trip because my last backup was old. It's crazy how a tiny software bug can just brick your whole phone like that.
