I was steaming faces for 7 minutes until a client in Phoenix said her skin felt tight.

Has anyone else found a shorter steam time works better for dry skin types?

Seven minutes in Phoenix? Might as well just hold a blow dryer to her face. Piper's right, half that time is plenty.

Steam time really depends on skin type though.

Phoenix is basically a giant hair dryer. Seven minutes of steam there is a recipe for tight skin. I'd cut that time in half for anyone in a dry climate.
