Just hit 500 clients in my home studio book and it's making me rethink everything
I was just updating my records and saw the number... I always thought I'd need a fancy downtown space to get that many people. My friend told me 'people just want good skin, not a zip code' and she was right. How do you guys handle growth when your original plan goes out the window?

Your friend nailed it. Time to raise your prices.

Totally get that. I used to worry about that too, but seeing how it works changed my mind.

Consider the risk of losing loyal customers.

90% of complaints come from the same 5 people every month. I tracked it at my old store. Most loyal customers just want stuff to work right and be priced fair. Raise prices a little but add something free like free delivery or a small warranty bump. The complainers will leave anyway and the regulars will stay because the value is still there. That's the real math.
