Why does nobody talk about how some clients react when you say no to brow mapping

Had a client in Santa Monica last week get genuinely angry when I told her her natural brow shape wouldn't support the Instagram arch she wanted, and she walked out mid-service. Anyone else deal with pushback on realistic brow advice?

My 3rd client ever in 2019 literally cried when I told her she didn't have the brow bone structure for the look she wanted lol. Now I start every consultation with "I'm gonna be honest even if it hurts your feelings a little" and it saves so much drama. Learned the hard way that telling people "no" to their Pinterest board is basically asking for a fight sometimes.
