Walked into a coffee shop in Portland that only takes crypto payments
The barista told me they ditched credit cards to avoid bank fees, but I watched three people walk out because they couldn't figure out the wallet app. How is this supposed to work for normal people who just want a latte?

Wonder if they even tested this with regular folks before going all in... like did they watch someone's grandma try to buy a coffee?

Bet my uncle had the same problem last week. App kept glitching out on his phone and he just walked away, went to the old diner that still takes cash. Sometimes simple is better.

Wait, he just walked away and went to a diner that still takes cash? That's wild. There's diners still doing that? I thought everybody had to scan a QR code or download some app just to order eggs these days. Last time I went to a diner, they handed me a tablet at the table and got annoyed when I asked for a menu. Your uncle is living in some kind of time capsule and I'm honestly jealous.
