That time I let a neighbor borrow my truck and it came back empty on gas

Last spring in Austin, I loaned my F-150 to a guy across the street so he could haul some lumber, and he returned it with the tank on E and a receipt for a bag of mulch on the seat. Did I say something or just let it slide and never offer again?

A receipt for a bag of mulch on the seat... wait, he drove your truck to buy mulch and still brought it back empty? That's wild. I would've been so confused if I saw that, like he couldn't even spare a couple gallons from the mulch errand. Some people just have no shame, I swear.

Nah, speak up next time or they'll keep doing it.

Yeah exactly. I let someone cut in front of me at the grocery store once and now they do it every time I see them there.
