Rant: The parking lot at the Everett Costco is a total mess right now

They've got half of it blocked off for repaving, so everyone is crammed into the other side and it took me 15 minutes just to find a spot yesterday.

Yeah, the "15 minutes just to find a spot" thing is real. I used to get mad at people for bad parking, but seeing how they've squeezed everyone into one area, I get it now. You end up taking any space you can find, even if you're a little crooked. It's not bad driving, it's just a bad setup.

Exactly, the "bad setup" part is the real problem. My apartment lot is the same way. They painted in way too many spaces, so the lines are way too close together. You have to open your door carefully or you'll hit the next car. It feels like they planned it on paper without ever looking at real cars.

Honestly it's a parking lot, not a hospital. People act like waiting a few minutes is the end of the world. Tbh I've seen way worse.
