Remember a buddy of mine who saw his friend's date getting cozy with someone else at a bar. He told her a week later, and she was mad he waited (said it made her feel stupid for not knowing). Whole thing was messy.

Saw a study from a few years back. University of Michigan did some research on this. They found most people regret not speaking up more than they regret saying something. The regret from staying quiet lasts longer.
