Spent 8 hours trying to get the drape right on a simple silk skirt mockup.
Has anyone else had a fabric fight you for that long over something that looked easy in the sketch?

Oh man... I used to think silk was easy to work with until a project like this changed my mind.

Really? I've always found silk way easier than other slippery fabrics, @milarodriguez! Maybe it's the type of needle or thread you use. A fresh microtex needle changed everything for me.

Ugh, try using tissue paper underneath to keep it from sliding around.
