Warning about a fabric supplier in Dallas after my whole collection got delayed

They promised delivery in 3 days for my silk charmeuse, but it took 17 days and the dye lot was wrong, so has anyone else had to scramble for a new fabric source right before a show?

Wait, is it really all fake time? I feel like some places do try, but they just can't handle it when things go wrong.

Ugh, that exact thing happened to me with a linen order last month. They said 5 days, it showed up in 21 and the weight was totally off. Had to overnight stuff from another place and it cost a fortune lol.

Man that's the worst. It feels like everything runs on fake time now, from food delivery to shipping. They just say whatever gets you to click buy and figure you'll deal with it later. Makes it impossible to actually plan anything out.
