A pulled back from rushing into fence lines got me thinking

I skipped my usual prep and paid for it with a sore muscle. One side of my crew says light exercises prevent aches, the other calls it lost time better spent on actual work. How do you balance quick starts with keeping your body ready?

Man, skipping warm-ups is asking for trouble. Your crew calling it lost time has it backwards, because a pulled muscle costs way more time. Just a quick stretch can make all the difference.

Spot on, @kelly638. That shortcut thinking causes problems everywhere.

It's the same with software updates or reading instructions. People rush through stuff to save five minutes, then waste hours fixing avoidable messes later.

Seriously, it's like skipping the primer before painting a whole wall.
