Always skimped on mold release until a stuck part cost me hours.

Now I spray it every time, no question.

What's the worst stuck part you've ever had to deal with? I had a two-part mold that basically welded itself shut once. It was for a simple bracket, but it fused so bad I thought I'd have to break the mold to get it out. Ended up using every trick I knew over a whole afternoon. That kind of frustration is exactly why I'm now religious about the release spray.
