Three months waiting for a client's website approval
The redesign was done quickly, but the client took months to give final sign-off. It tested my patience and hurt my cash flow. How do you deal with slow clients?

That "hard deadline" thing is so true, it's like people need a real consequence to move on anything. I see it with my landlord fixing stuff and everything. Without that line in the sand, stuff just drifts forever.

14-day approval deadlines in my contracts prevent three-month waits like yours.

Yeah that 14-day rule is a total game changer. I heard a podcast recently where a lawyer said putting a hard deadline in the contract is the only real way to light a fire under slow clients. It forces them to actually look at your work instead of letting it rot in their inbox.
