TIL my dad told the same joke twice in a row without noticing
We were all sitting at the dinner table tonight. My dad finished his story, then told his classic old joke. He got a few laughs, went quiet for a minute, and then told the exact same joke again, word for word. My mom and I just stared at each other. It was like his dialogue looped for a second there.

Has your dad ever done that before? My friend's mom told the same story about his kindergarten play twice during lunch last week. She said the exact same lines and everything, we all just looked at each other. He was so embarrassed but she had no clue, it was like a glitch in real life. We still tease him about it now lol.
