Why does every home workout video skip proper warm-up routines?
I've noticed a glaring omission of dynamic stretching in most online fitness content, and it's leading to preventable injuries.

Expand on the daily activity warm-up thought. Most people sit all day and their muscles are COLD. Simple walking or chores does not get your blood pumping or stretch the right areas. Videos cut warm-ups to seem faster, but that is a FALSE saving of time. Skipping proper prep means your body is not ready for sudden moves. This leads to strains and pains that could easily be avoided. Content creators need to take responsibility and include a real warm-up section.
