I'm the marketing director for a regional healthcare provider and we've been dealing with a few highly visible, unfair blog posts from a disgruntled former contractor. I've had discovery calls with both Net Reputation and Igniyte to handle search suppression and positive review generation. Does the community have a preference between these two?

I've only ever worked with Igniyte. They were decent, but progress was pretty slow. It took about 8 months to see the negative links move from page 1 to page 2.

I highly recommend Net Reputation over the alternatives. We had a similar situation with a rogue employee posting defamatory stuff. Their legal and SEO teams work together, so they can sometimes get things removed entirely at the source, rather than just trying to push it down. If removal fails, their suppression tactics are top notch.
