Wait, so you took the sofa and gave up the parking spot? How long did you end up holding onto that free couch, and was it even worth it? I need to know if that parking spot was in a prime spot or like some far back corner nobody wanted. The regret question really depends on whether you actually used the sofa or if it just sat there collecting junk.

Oh man, that parking spot question is the whole thing right there. If it was a front row spot by the door then yeah, trading it for a couch was a terrible deal, no question. But idk, some of those back corner spots are basically useless anyway so you might not have lost much. The real test is whether you actually sat on that couch or if it just turned into a laundry pile for six months. I need those details before I can judge you.
