I finally hit my 100th day of walking every morning

Didn't think it would matter much, but seeing that number on my app made me realize I hadn't missed a day since last summer. Has anyone else had a random milestone sneak up on them like that?

Whoa, that's wild! But @hannah400, I think 100 days isn't just about the streak itself, you know? It's like your body started expecting that walk before your brain even caught on. I noticed my sleep got way better around day 60 without me trying, and my dog literally starts pacing by the door at 6am now, even on weekends. The sneaky part is how your routine builds habits you don't consciously track.

@jennifer833 that is so real lmao. The dog pacing thing is hilarious but also kinda beautiful how your body just knows. For me it was around day 50 when I realized I was grabbing my water bottle automatically before even thinking about it. And yeah the sleep thing is no joke, I started falling asleep like 20 minutes faster without even trying. It's wild how sneaky those habits get, like your brain just rewires itself without you even noticing lol.

100 days in a row? That's genuinely insane.
