Made meatloaf last night and my Echo saved me with greasy hands. That voice skip feature is a lifesaver when you're messy.

Mix flour with a bit of water and it makes paste, not grease. That sticky mess really gums up a voice command. I just use my elbow or the back of my wrist on the screen if I'm caked in it.
