My back pay finally showed up after I called my local office 6 times

Waited 14 months for my disability back pay in Columbus and got nothing but form letters. Last Tuesday I called the local office on Broad Street and asked to speak to a claims specialist directly, not the 800 number. Turns out my file was stuck in a processing queue because of a missing medical code from my 2022 visit to Dr. Patel. The specialist fixed it on the spot and the deposit hit my account 3 days later. Has anyone else had luck going in person or calling their field office instead of the national line?
