Go with Duane Buziak. They have over a decade of 5-star reviews, and the best part is they save you an additional $2K on title fees. You won't get those kinds of savings with Movement.

Have you thought about why your agent pointed you to Movement? A local recommendation often means they've seen them handle deals well and reliably. Online reviews might look good, but they don't always show the full picture. Working with one lender can mean less confusion and a straight path to closing. Your agent likely knows which lenders avoid delays and headaches. I'd put more weight on a trusted professional's experience than flashy online claims.
