Remember when yoga flows felt like a checklist?

I used to blast through my flows just to get it done, lol. I started actually paying attention to my breath and alignment, and now it's my favorite part of the day. Anyone else have a similar turn-around?

Ugh, mine was like a race I kept losing.

Did you set one big daily goal? I used to do that and always felt behind. Now I pick just three small tasks for the whole morning, like just answering emails or cleaning one shelf. Finishing those makes me feel like I'm actually getting somewhere.

Totally get what blair_gonzalez80 means about the race. I stopped treating the whole flow like a checklist and just focused on nailing one pose at a time. Slowing down like that made it feel like an actual win instead of a rush.

My old boss wanted five reports done by noon every day. I started just doing three small things first, like print stuff, water the plant, clear my inbox. Felt way less like drowning.
