Frustrated by plastic clutter, I figured out how to make reusable food wraps
I was so fed up with all the trash that I looked up a simple video and now my kitchen feels less guilty.

Wait, you figured it out from just one video? What was in it that made it so simple (like, beeswax and fabric or something else)? I always assumed making that stuff was a huge messy project.

Typical, right? @emerym36, we build up these messy mental pictures for stuff that's basically beeswax and fabric. One clear video and the whole complicated idea just falls apart.

That video from CraftyHistorian showed it's more than just beeswax and fabric. There's a whole heating and soaking process with linen strips too. Makes it seem less messy but way more steps than I thought.

My first batch came from a video called '5 Minute Beeswax Wraps'. Just grated beeswax over cotton and used a hair dryer. Worked way better than I thought it would...
