My cousin in Florida said he's stopped fishing because the water feels 'wrong' now

He didn't even talk about the heat, just said the bay looks empty and it makes him sad. Has anyone else had a moment like that, where someone's quiet comment hit you harder than any news report?

Sounds like a real pattern with these lakes lately. @phoenixw11, my buddy's pond went totally green last month. It's getting harder to ignore how many people are seeing weird stuff. Makes you wonder what's really going on with the water. Not a good sign for any of us who like being outside.
