Question about the amount of concrete in the world

I just found out from a geology blog that the total weight of all human-made stuff, mostly concrete and asphalt, now outweighs all living things on Earth, and that fact made my usual worry about plastic bottles feel totally small.

Wait, @josephadams said throw chalk down. That's just gonna wash off in a week or two. Concrete needs something that actually bonds with it, like a good sealer or stain. I painted my driveway with a solid color and it held up way better than chalk ever would.
