Had to pick between a 4-day work week or a 10% raise

My company offered the choice last quarter, and I went for the extra day off. It's been 3 months and I'm way less burned out, but my savings aren't growing. Anyone else faced a similar trade-off with their job structure?

Yeah, that "way less burned out" part is huge. I took the extra day too and just picked up a little freelance work on that Friday when I needed extra cash.
