Shoutout to the Austin tech recruiters who ghosted me after three interviews

Last week, I went through three rounds of interviews with a startup off South Lamar. The final call on Friday went for an hour and they said they'd get back to me Monday. Monday came and went with no word. By Wednesday, my follow-up emails just bounced back. It's a small scene here, so burning bridges like that seems short-sighted. Has anyone else here had a local company just go radio silent after making you jump through hoops?

Ugh, that's the worst. I saw a whole thread about how common ghosting is after final interviews now. Feels so unprofessional.
