Six months ago my LLC renewal took 4 days, now the site kicks me out at 3pm

I filed my annual report for my pest control company last week and the state portal timed out six times before I got through at 11pm. Back in March, same form took me under 10 minutes and the receipt hit my inbox instantly. I asked around at the North Austin chamber mixer and three other small biz owners said they hit the same wall after the state switched vendors in July. Anyone else notice the new portal dying right after lunch on weekdays, or is it just my luck with whatever server they bought?

And that timing thing you mentioned, yeah, that's been happening to me too, which is just wild because I remember when this all used to be so smooth. I've got a small crew and we do all our licensing stuff on the same laptop, so when it kicks me out at 3pm I basically have to wait until the kids are in bed to try again. It's got to be the new vendor, because my renewal back in February took one shot and I was done, no drama. I feel for you, having to sit there and keep retrying for hours, that's the kind of frustration that makes you want to just mail in a paper form instead. Hopefully they sort out whatever server issue is going on, because we've all got better things to do than babysit a website.
