Oh man, trying to renew my car registration online last month was a nightmare. The site kept timing out, and then it asked for the same document three times. I spent like two hours on what should have been a five minute thing. It felt like the website was actively fighting against me getting it done.

Ugh that's brutal. Was it just the NAICS code that kept failing, or did the whole form reset every time you tried to fix it? I've seen that happen before and it makes you want to throw your computer.

Tell me about it! I had the exact same fight with the state revenue site last quarter. It would accept the NAICS code on one page, then call it invalid on the next screen. I finally had to print the whole mess out and mail it in like it was 1995. How is something that simple still so broken?
