Stopped into that new coworking space on East 6th yesterday

Saw a solid 30 people in there on a Tuesday afternoon which is way busier than I expected for a place that just opened 3 weeks ago. Anyone know who's running their membership pricing over there?

30 people on a Tuesday afternoon just sounds like a free coffee and pastry day to me. Is a full house really proof a place is good or just proof it's trendy for a week?

Used to think it was overpriced but that many people says something.
