Switched from spreadsheets to a CRM, my follow up rate doubled in 30 days

Used to keep every lead in a Google Sheet with color coded tabs. Missed 3 hot prospects last month because I forgot to check the 'call back' column. My buddy at Capital Factory suggested I try HubSpot's free tier. Now I get reminders on my phone and my response time went from 2 days to under 4 hours. Anyone else find that the tool change made them actually follow through, or is it just me?

Ha, I'll play devil's advocate here. The tool didn't change your habits, it just forced you to finally set a system, and that's the real win.
