That 90 day free trial almost cost me my client data
I was testing out a new CRM for my consulting side gig and forgot to cancel before the trial ended, got hit with a $300 charge at 3am on a Sunday... had to scramble to export everything before the account locked. Has anyone else had a surprise auto-bill mess up their workflow around here?
