I sat through a pitch from a local analytics startup at Capital Factory last month, figured it was all hype. Their platform claimed to cut churn prediction time from days to 30 minutes. I ran our own customer data through it, 12,000 records, and the model flagged three accounts that canceled the next week. Anyone else give a skeptical shot to a vendor that ended up being worth the contract?
