Walked through the new East Austin tech park and counted 14 empty storefronts
I drove past that new development off of East 5th last Tuesday and saw more "for lease" signs than people. For all the money pouring into Austin tech, it feels like we keep building offices for companies that never show up. Does anyone here know if those spaces ever fill or do they just sit there?
