Got a 2004 Civic quarter panel to line up first try today

I've been fighting with aftermarket panels on these older Hondas for years, but today one just clicked into place on the first go at my shop off Route 9. No prying, no shimming, just perfect gaps around the door and tail light. My coworker Dave walked over and called it 'beginner's luck' but I've been doing this 12 years - sometimes the stars just align. Anyone else get those weird days where a job just flows?

Wait, hold on. You're telling me you actually had a day where the panel gaps just... lined up? I thought that was a myth, like finding a unicorn or getting a honest used car salesman. I've had three different cars and I've never once seen all the gaps match on the same side, let alone the whole thing. That's honestly more impressive than winning a small lottery if you ask me.
