Talked with my neighbor about his artificial turf last weekend

He said his water bill dropped $40 a month and he spends zero time on mowing, so now I'm wondering if my obsession with a perfect grass lawn is just a waste of time and money. Anyone else starting to think natural grass is overrated?

Oh man, planting some extra shade trees totally helped cut my summer water usage down.
