Clipper comparison: My $40 Amazon special beat my $280 Wahl in a real chair

I ran both on 12 heads last Saturday in Milwaukee and the cheap one faded smoother without yanking, so I'm asking, anyone else find the pricey stuff just has brand tax on it?
