Hitting 300 regulars finally made me rethink my appointment app

Tbh I was dead set against using any booking software. I figured my paper book worked fine for 6 years in Austin. But when I counted 300 regular clients last week, I realized I was spending 2 hours a night texting confirmations and double booking myself. One guy named Marcus showed up 20 minutes early while I was still finishing another cut, and that was the moment I caved. Anyone else switch to digital booking after a similar tipping point?
