Thought the $300 clippers were a scam. I was wrong.

Been cutting for 8 years. Always used the cheap Wahl clippers from the drugstore. Magic Clips. Then my buddy Dave at the shop in Philly let me try his $300 Gamma+ Ergo. First cut felt different. Smoother. No snagging on thick hair. Took me 3 months to save up but I bought my own set last week. Has anyone else noticed a huge jump in quality at that price point?

Totally agree, but higher end doesn't always mean heavier. Some top clippers are actually lighter.
