Found out I was watching Breaking Bad with subtitles on for 3 seasons and missed half the show
My roommate walked in during the RV scene in season 2 and asked why Jesse's lines made no sense, turns out I had the Spanish subtitle track on the whole time and just never noticed. Anyway I rewatched the first 3 seasons in like a week, anyone else ever tank a rewatch because of a stupid TV setting?

Did you ever figure out how the Spanish track got turned on in the first place? That part would drive me nuts more than the rewatch itself lol. Something kinda like this happened to me with The Wire, except my issue was the audio was set to some weird surround mode and I could barely hear the quiet dialogue for like half of season 1. I kept cranking the volume and then getting blown out of my chair whenever a gunshot happened. Finally my buddy came over and switched the setting in like two seconds and I felt so dumb. Spent a whole weekend going back through it and honestly the show made way more sense the second time around. So yeah, you are not alone on this one, at least you got a good excuse to rewatch a great show.
