Hot take: I used to watch shows one episode a week, now I wait for the full season to drop

Back in the day, I'd be glued to the TV every Thursday at 8 PM for a new episode of something like 'Lost'. Now, I won't even start a new show until all 8 or 10 episodes are out on Netflix. The change happened about five years ago when I got tired of forgetting plot points between weekly drops. What's a show you waited to binge that was totally worth it?

Right there with you, the_wesley. Waiting week to week feels like a chore now when you can just dive into the whole story at once. I tried going back to weekly drops for a show last month and it just killed the vibe, couldn't stay hooked. Binging lets you really get lost in the world and remember all the little details. It's just a better way to watch stuff, no contest.

Miss the weekly hype though. That shared wait and guessing game with everyone was fun. Binging just feels lonely sometimes.
